Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions have not been worn, washed, or tampered with, and that the security seal is still intact on the packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
